Dr. Gregory Frost is a Research Chemist in the Chemical Sciences Division at NOAA's Earth System Research Laboratory and the Liaison for Atmospheric Composition and Chemistry in NOAA's Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research. His research uses observations and models to understand the impacts of atmospheric emissions and chemistry on air quality, weather, and climate. He has served on a variety of U.S. and international science teams, including his current leadership roles for the Global Emissions InitiAtive (GEIA) and the International Global Atmospheric Chemistry (IGAC) project. He was an Associate Editor for the Journal of Geophysical Research - Atmospheres from 2007 to 2019.
