I am currently a CIRES Visiting Postdoctoral Fellow in Karen Rosenlof's group at NOAA. I was previously a Postdoctoral Researcher with Lorenzo Polvani at Columbia University, and before that, earned my PhD from the University of Cambridge. I am a climate modeler and am interested in a broad range of topics relating to chemistry-climate interactions involving stratospheric ozone and water vapor, solar geoengineering, atmospheric dynamics and detection of climate changes. Recently, I've become interested in Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques and am incorporating this into my research.

Education

PhD, Atmospheric Chemistry, University of Cambridge, 2011
BA, MSci, Natural Sciences (Chemistry), University of Cambridge, 2007

Research

  • Impacts of stratospheric ozone on Southern Hemisphere climate
