Darren Jackson is a CIRES Senior Associate Scientist working at the NOAA Physical Sciences Laboratory. Darren has research interests in satellite meteorology and oceanography, air-sea interaction, and land surface hydrology. Recent work include developing an intercalibrated satellite-derived near-surface temperature and humidity product over the oceans and deriving a soil moisture anomaly product with the National Water Model for drought monitoring.
