08:30-10:00	Review current practices – each region will present current practices and gaps relating to how risk and uncertainty concepts are used in operations analysis leading to seasonal and annual operations outlooks. Day 2 – Tuesday, June 17
08:00-10:00	Developing a language to communicate risk and uncertainty to stakeholders. During this session we will discuss: Common types of uncertainty represented or absent from Day 1. Common methods for handling risk and uncertainty. Common ways we communicate uncertainty. To foster discussion David Bowles will present on defining and expressing uncertainty and risk (30 min) during this session

10:15-12:00	Developing a "best practice" for communicating risk and uncertainty. During this session we will discuss: SAP 5.2 "Best Practice Approaches for Characterizing, Communicating and Incorporating Scientific Uncertainty in Climate Decision Making." What can we gain from this effort? Does this apply to forms of uncertainty other than climate? Needs of managers/decision makers versus stakeholder. How are they similar and/or different? Would guidelines for communicating risk and uncertainty benefit Reclamation, our manager and stakeholders?
12:00- 1:00	Lunch
1:00-2:45	Identify uncertainty and risk representation and communication gaps and outline next steps to improve representation and communication to stakeholders and managers. During this session we will identify gaps and outline a path forward. Some questions to address include: What are our representation and communication gaps? Can we identify beneficial partnerships? Are there existing efforts we should explore?
