Brief Cloud Synopsis
Broken, precipitating clouds from 0:00-04:00. Low stratus (liquid) from 04:00-24:00. Scattered clouds between 2-4 km AGL over stratus layer from 04:00-09:00. Single liquid stratus layer from 09:00-14:30. Upper layer forms over stratus (14:30-24:00) between 5-10.5 km AGL. Mid-level cloud forms between these layers from 20:00-24:00 at 4 to 6 km AGL. About 0.1 mm liquid from microwave radiometer.
