Generally deep, single-layer precipitating mixed-phase cloud. Radar echo from surface to 5 km AGL. Maximum liquid occurs between 06:00-16:00, peaks of 0.4 mm. Strong inversion 870-900 mb. Saturated sub-inversion layer.
