Very shallow liquid cloud, tops 100-200 m AGL from 05:00-14:00. Variable multi-layered clouds from 14:00-24:00 with layers centered at 100 m, 1300 m, and 2200 m AGL. Radiometer indicates 0.05-0.1 mm liquid from 05:30-24:00. Strong inversion at 980-1000 mb.
