Training Materials
This page provides various training documents for comprehension of the AWIPS II supporting architecture.
In preparation for AWIPS II, the NWS asked the development organizations to begin training in the new architectural concepts and tools that are going to be employed. The following is a list of recommended courses.
- E-Commerce Training Material.
- Raytheon Training Material, on ADE and CAVE.
- GSD has put together a training plan of sorts that will enable us to get started on writing new applications (such as plug-ins) for AWIPS II. These tasks are described in the GSD AWIPS II Training document.
