Data produced by G-Rad are intended for scientific research by the G-Rad group, our collaborators, and other interested research organizations. Most data currently being collected are available within one day after being collected in a preliminary graphical form as linked below.
Access to the final digital data for the GMD baseline obervatories and BSRN sites is through direct request to the G-Rad group (David.U.Longenecker@noaa.gov) Hourly averages of total solar irradiance from the four GMD baseline observatories are available from our FTP site.
Access to SURFRAD and ISIS quality controlled daily data and ancillary data files is available through the “SURFRAD FTP archive” and “ISIS Network FTP archive” sites listed below. Hourly average files of SURFRAD and ISIS data are available from NCDC. Special requests and inquiries relating to SURFRAD and ISIS should be directed to the GRAD group (John.A.Augustine@noaa.gov).
