data.edit.corr.neph_trunc applies the truncation correction described in Anderson and Ogren (1998) to TSI neph data.

data.edit.corr.neph_trunc can operate as either an independent filter (provided the correct input is given) or as part of the correction chain

Command Line Usage

data.edit.corr.neph_trunc [--input=S11] [--maxgap=time] [--smooth=TC] [--cut=1/10]

Specify what instrument or record base to use as the input, instead of trying to match what's available. Required if the input stream is ambiguous.

Set maximum data gap in seconds before the smoothers are cleared.

Set the time constant to smooth with. Zero disables smoothing. Default is a time constant of three.

Force the cut size to 1 or 10 um and ignore the flags defining it.

Example Usage

data.get sgp S11a 2008:10 2008:11 | data.edit.corr.neph_trunc
