data.coverage.wdca

data.coverage.wdca analyzes the upload history and the instrument segmentation to generate a report of the data that has been sent to the WDCA.

The report consists of a timeline of data. A '+' represents data both present and submitted while a '-' represents data present but not submitted. If any data within a time period is present the flag is set. That is, if only part of a year has been submitted the whole year is flagged with a '+'. Data may be marked as not submitted if the submission was empty (e.x. the instrument was flagged as being at the station but was not generating any data).
