Hi folks,
We're done with local flights from Fairbanks and we'll be packing tomorrow and transiting back to Jeffco on Wednesday, aircraft permitting.
The plan for Tuesday April 22:
aircraft access and power in the hangar from 10 AM to 4 PM truck should arrive tomorrow sometime; pack and get a list of items to Gerd according to his earlier email
The plan for Wednesday April 23:
Tow at 6 AM Takeoff at 10 AM for a non-stop ferry flight with all instruments running Land at Jeffco roughly 8 PM-ish local time 1 hour postflight on the Stevens Aviation ramp, exit through Stevens as before
The plan for Thursday April 24 at Jeffco:
zero access or power - aircraft hard down day
We will start disintegration bright and early on Friday April 25 at 8 AM in the RAF hangar, and continue/finish on Saturday at Jeffco. Be sure to bring tools, cylinder caps, and whatever shipping paraphenalia you would like from the Boulder labs. Details to follow from Gerd and/or Chuck about trucking large items back to the lab.
