Daily Summary:

September 24. Tuesday.
TOPAZ data were collected from about 0810 to 1800 CDT. Easterly winds and mostly cloudy in the morning. Winds shifted to the NE and skies gradually cleared in the afternoon. No Gulf breeze. Low surface O3 (below 10 ppbv) early, increasing to close to 50 ppbv by mid afternoon. A layer of elevated O3 (65 - 80 ppbv) was observed in the late afternoon above about 1300 m AGL.
